Refund and Returns Policy

The refund and returns policy takes 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

At the beginning the right of withdrawal from distance contracts based on Law 2251/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013) – states that the customer can return the products purchased from the online store because just change your mind, within fourteen (14) days of receiving them.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. There are some cases where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or parts are missing through no fault of ours or yours.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.


Delayed or non-refundable products

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@technisoft.gr.

Sale Items

Refunds are allowed on regular priced products only. Sale items cannot be returned.

Replacements

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you should contact us at info@technisoft.gr and mail your product to the physical address we will give you.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will be mailed a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the giver and they will know about your return

Shipments & Returns


To return your product, you must contact us at info@technisoft.gr and mail your product to the physical address we will give you.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you can use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
